We are building the ATS that boutique Australian recruitment agencies always needed, and we are focused on getting it right before we scale.
These are the principles behind everything we build.
No roadmap theatre and no vaporware. Every feature on our website is live and working. We will tell you what is built, what is next, and what we have decided not to do, and why.
We are not trying to be the next Workday. We are building the best possible ATS for boutique Australian recruitment agencies. Depth over breadth, the right problem solved properly.
Our candidate data and AI processing run on Australian infrastructure. Not a marketing line, a real product decision we believe matters to our customers and their candidates.
We did not build a traditional ATS and then add AI. AI has been part of the architecture from day one, and that shows up in every workflow we ship.
The loading state matters. The empty state matters. The error message matters. People spend hours a day inside this, so it should feel considered in every corner.
We are early in our journey, but we are not burning anyone out. Good work at a sustainable pace beats sprinting to mediocrity. We are building for the long run.
An honest look at where we are taking the product next. Priorities move, so treat this as our direction of travel, not a fixed schedule.
Dimensional AI match scoring. A per-dimension breakdown and a confidence level on every AI score, plus rescore history, so a recruiter can see why a candidate scored the way they did.
Candidate registration enhancement. Richer registration through the embed widget, capturing notice period, expected rate, work-type preference and visa status up front.
Permissions and audit. A role-based permissions matrix, a full activity audit trail, and two-factor sign-in for admins.
Paragon Compliance. A separate product for right-to-work (VEVO) checks, document expiry tracking and mobile-first onboarding. We start it when the first compliance-heavy tenant signs.
Modern, deliberate choices. Every piece is here for a reason.
Our data, compute and AI inference run in Australia. This is not aspirational, it is the current production state.
We are early-stage, and when we bring someone on it will be a deliberate decision. We will post the role here, run through our own platform. In the meantime, register your interest below and we will reach out when something that fits opens up.
If you would rather shape a platform than build out someone else's vision, we would like to hear from you. We read every submission ourselves.
